You do, with your own forwarder. Our scope ends at the Pakistan side of the border. Iran-side crossing, Iranian customs, duties, and onward transport inside Iran are entirely on the buyer's account. We can introduce you to forwarders we have worked with on the Iran side, on request.

Our quoted price covers transit and standard wait time at the Pakistan-side warehouse. If your Iran-side clearance is slow and the truck has to hold beyond about 48 hours, we may pass through warehouse demurrage at cost. We always tell you the same day a delay starts. No quiet add-ons at the end.

قیمت اعلام‌شدهٔ ما شامل ترانزیت و زمان توقف استاندارد در انبار سمت پاکستان است. اگر ترخیص سمت ایران کند پیش برود و کامیون بیش از حدود ۴۸ ساعت معطل بماند، ممکن است هزینهٔ دموراژ انبار را به قیمت تمام‌شده منتقل کنیم. هر تأخیری همان روز به شما اطلاع داده می‌شود. هیچ هزینهٔ پنهانی در پایان اضافه نمی‌شود.

Yes. We send a 1 kg sample of any rice variety or sesame grade by courier. Buyer pays the courier (typically USD 35 to 80 to Iran via DHL or TNT). Sample fee is fully credited against your first 50 MT order.

بله. نمونهٔ یک کیلویی از هر نوع برنج یا کنجد را با پست سریع می‌فرستیم. هزینهٔ پست با خریدار است (معمولاً ۳۵ تا ۸۰ دلار به ایران از طریق DHL یا TNT). هزینهٔ نمونه به‌طور کامل از اولین سفارش ۵۰ تنی شما کسر می‌شود.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, weight and quality inspection certificate (SGS or Bureau Veritas if requested), and a HAS Trading dispatch note. PDFs go on WhatsApp the day the truck dispatches.

Yes. We work with several Iranian buyers on rolling monthly trucks against an annual MOU. The MOU fixes a price formula (FOB plus a buffer) rather than a flat number, since rice and sesame both move on harvest cycles. Talk to us on WhatsApp.

Yes. We print your brand on PP woven (25 / 50 kg), non-woven retail bags (5 / 10 / 20 kg), or BOPP laminated bags. Minimum runs vary by bag type: 5,000 non-woven bags, 15,000 BOPP. Lead time 18 to 25 days from artwork approval.

Every truck is pre-inspected in-house at our Karachi mill. If you want a third-party SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection at the Pakistan border before crossing, we arrange it at the buyer's cost. Our base per-shipment price covers the EU-equivalent test panel (heavy metals, pesticide residue, aflatoxin, other mycotoxins, plus quality, quantity and weight verification). Final cost varies with the test panel you need: message our export desk on WhatsApp with your spec and we'll quote exactly. Disputes after Iran-side acceptance are handled case by case; our track record over 50+ markets is that buyers come back.

هر کامیون پیش از بارگیری در کارخانهٔ ما در کراچی به‌صورت داخلی بازرسی می‌شود. اگر بازرسی شخص ثالث SGS یا Bureau Veritas در مرز پاکستان پیش از گذر بخواهید، ما با هزینهٔ خریدار ترتیب می‌دهیم. قیمت پایهٔ ما برای هر محموله شامل پنل آزمایش معادل اروپا است (فلزات سنگین، باقیماندهٔ سموم، آفلاتوکسین، سایر مایکوتوکسین‌ها، و راستی‌آزمایی کیفیت، مقدار و وزن). هزینهٔ نهایی بسته به پنل آزمایش متفاوت است: مشخصات خود را در واتساپ به میز صادرات ما بفرستید تا قیمت دقیق اعلام کنیم. اختلافات پس از پذیرش در سمت ایران به‌صورت موردی بررسی می‌شود؛ کارنامهٔ ما در بیش از ۵۰ بازار این است که خریدارها برمی‌گردند.
